Job Description
• Review and influence the design, architecture, standards, and methods for managing Kiodex’s application environment (Java on Linux)
• Develop modules for Kiodex’s Configuration Management system (we use Puppet)
• Develop modules for Kiodex’s Configuration Management system (we use Puppet)
• Participate in service performance analysis and tuning, capacity planning and demand forecasting
• Expand coverage of Kiodex’s Continuous Integration tool suite (using Atlassian Bamboo)
• Develop and/or configure tools to improve the monitoring of Kiodex’s applications (e.g. alerts based upon performance metrics)
Position Requirements
• Proven experience working Unix/Linux systems
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language; e.g. java, python, bash
• Strong written and spoken English language skills
Technolgies – Middleware (Application server, Web Servers), Unix, Networking, Scripting (python/bash etc.), DNS
