Google India hiring freshers for HR Coordinator

Job Description:
Responsibilities
  • Support the analysis of key people metrics and provide insights in a way that helps create and implement a robust talent management strategy for the business.
  • Manage HR processes for our employees in the sales organization in an effective, efficient and appropriate-to-Google manner. This includes employee on-boarding, performance management, talent mapping, exits, leave of absence, transfer and relocation.
  • Respond to various inquiries related to HR processes from employees and other People Operations team members.
  • Support HR business partners and manage additional HR related projects on a pa- APAC basis as and when needed.
  • Coordinate with the Central People Operations teams for specific projects as and when needed.
Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Freshers

Minimum qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • MBA/PGDM
Preferred qualifications
  • Ability to engage with employees, understand their needs and provide great customer.
  • Ability and commitment to produce a timely and highly accurate work product.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project/program management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
