Job Description
The position will be responsible for supporting Cerner associates /clients for all their IT issues (OS & applications installed on Laptops) through Remote Support / On-Site.
Must have:
• VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS & PHONE ETIQUETTES.
• Good knowledge of Windows & Mac OS.
• Good knowledge of MS office.
• Minimum 2 years of experience of working in technical support.
• Knowledge Of AD/Exchange/File Shares/Network related Skills
• These positions are only for NIGHT SHIFT, (554 model or M-F model)

• Call handling skills (proper escalation & ownership of call etc).
• Proven track record for identifying and quickly resolving a wide variety of Laptop/Server/Network/MS Suite software and hardware issues
• Ability to install & troubleshoot windows OS, VM, Citrix, MS Lync.
• Knowledge up on Troubleshooting Citrix Cloud desktops, IP based Desk Phones, VC units.
• Call handling skills (proper escalation & ownership of call etc).
• Proven track record for identifying and quickly resolving a wide variety of Laptop/Server/Network/MS Suite software and hardware issues

Qualifications
Required Qualification:
• BE or MCA or equivalent degree (Maths/Science)
Professional qualification
• Microsoft Windows Professional certification preferred (MCSA/MCSE/MCITP, Comp TIA A+ etc)
