Job Description:
Looking for an Analyst in FEA for its R & D Division at Bangalore.
The Analyst is responsible for performing Finite Element Analyses using
commercially available FEA applications, performing FEA Analysis including geometry cleanup, model building(Meshing), analysis set up, results interpretation, presentation, writing reports and effectively communicating the significance of solution on hand.

Must have the following experience:
- Execution of the projects independently & meet the customer’s time line and quality requirements.
- Experience on structural and dynamic analyses e.g. stress analysis, modal analysis, frequency response analysis etc.
- Work with Design team, Application Engineer, Testing Engineer to get the input required to execute the projects.
- Must have analytical skills to ensure the FEA results are meaningful before sending it to customer.
- Work experience in automotive or aerospace or other machinery design domain.
- Should be able to prepare project planning and adhere to the prepared plan.
Following are the added advantages:
- Master Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.
- Experience on Thermal and Thermal Fatigue analysis.
- Experience on various Optimization techniques.
- Abaqus experience, especially in the contact, sliding friction and preload analysis.
- Understanding of fatigue life prediction using FEA methods.
- Work experience on automobile exhaust systems.
- Sound theory knowledge in FEA, Vibration, Materials, Strength of Materials and Design.
