Job Description:
The Tech Ops Analyst will support operations and development teams responsible for individual users as well as application monitoring, job scheduling, file transfers, and outage management.
This position will take direction from other more senior Tech Ops Analysts. The selected candidate will provide first level support for the Arrangement & Financial Processing business applications, job scheduling, and file transfers for both distributed and mainframe platforms
Skills:
24/7 Customer Support and Service Delivery Model Some Business Applications Knowledge Business Continuity/Resiliency Knowledge Change Management Customer Service Infrastructure Product Knowledge Operations Systems and Data Sources Knowledge Technical Problem Resolution. MS Office, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS word, MS power point. Knowledge and experience with COBOL, JAVA and WEBSPHERE.  

Location : Hyderabad

Qualification:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a production/support environment with functional experience in incident management. Minimum of a 4 year College degree or other technical school diploma preferably in a technology/business related discipline Technical experience supporting distributed and mainframe platforms.
1 to 3 years knowledge and experience with Mainframe and Distributed systems platforms.
1 to 3 years experience using scheduler software such as CA7, Zeke.
1 to 3 years experience with mainframe based applications built with IMS, DB2, VSAM, JCL and MQ Series.
1 to 3 years experience with file transfer software such as NDM, SFTP or FTP.
